of course you should but you can still have a good laugh about it though. If if makes them embarrassed about being members then that's all to the good.
I am a Unix systems manager, specialising in HP-UX, although Solaris and Linux are within my sphere. Major roles are handling Unix security issues, keeping the Numpties at bay!
